Launch Youth

Launch is a Hobart-based shelter for male youth (13-20yrs) who are either homeless or troubled by mental health issues. As a medium to long term home for these young men, it is the only such shelter in Tasmania.

Mission Health

Mission Health is a FREE drop in nurse–led health service for those experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness.

Mental Health Homelessness Outreach Program

Richmond Futures provides a Mental Health Homelessness Outreach Program (MHHOP) offering mental health recovery focused support for Tasmanian’s who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness. The program focuses on inclusion, building connections and increasing confidence and self-esteem.

JumpStart Rental Subsidy Program

Let us help you pay the rent with our rental support program for young Tasmanians aged 18-25. Whether you are looking to share with mates or already living somewhere, we’re here to help.

NDIS Housing Advice Line

The Housing Hub has a free NDIS Housing Advice Line for Housing Seekers and their supporters that operates Monday-Friday, 10am-3pm (AEDT).

Supported Accommodation – Growing Together

Growing Together is a live-in program that helps couples 25 and under, with at least one child, to develop parenting and life skills. We support them as a family if they are at risk of homelessness and need housing.

Helping older men out of homelessness and into long-term housing.

Supported Independent Living | Langford Support Services

Langford Support Services is a for-purpose, registered NDIS provider supporting people with disability in the Hobart community for over 45 years.

Guided by our belief “it’s your life – own it”, we’re here to support you to live as independently as possible in a home that feels right for you.

We’ll work alongside you, your family and your support network to understand what matters to you and build a plan that supports your goals, preferences and daily routine.
