YET provides a clinical, holistic, therapeutic outreach service for young people aged 12-25, and their families in Northern and North West Tasmania.
The Young Aboriginal Support Program is for all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people aged 12-25 in Northern Tasmania. It provides individual, goal based support and community programs.
The West Tamar Youth Outreach Service provides a clinical, holistic, therapeutic outreach service for young people aged 12-25, and their families living north from Legana, Exeter, Beaconsfield and surrounding areas.
Child Health and Parenting Service provides opportunities for new families to network with other services within the community.
Tasmanian Gender Service (TGS) is for children and young people, and their families, who are experiencing gender related issues. Our goal is to improve the physical, social and mental health and wellbeing of children and adolescents who experience gender dysphoria/gender diversity.
We provide events, forums and resources for the Tasmanian transgender community and their friends and family.
Co-designed with parents and mental health experts and funded by the Australian Government, the Raising Healthy Minds app supports children’s social and emotional wellbeing.
Family Based Care Tasmania is a non faith based, not for profit provider of community services across Tasmania. Providing in home, in clinic and community based services to clients of all ages.
Enhanced Supports provides Support Coordination, Positive Behaviour Supports, Habit Coaching, Social Social Coaching as defined in the NDIS funded support scheme. In addition Enhanced supports provides Occupational Therapy and Social Work services.
My Care Options mission is to be a service that assist and empowers all people access to the same level of universal supports that are reasonable and necessary requirements for then to participate fully within society.
