Gran's Van operates a mobile food van 6 nights a week in Devonport and surrounding areas. We provide a hot meal (winter months) or salad/cold meat (summer months) and hot drink or bottle of water.
ACD Tas is a Peer led member organisation that provides – Information, Advocacy, Training & Consultancy, Case Coordination and Peer Support Networks.
Supporting children aged 0 – 6 and their families, we tailor the supports to the child’s individual needs and circumstances. We provide information to connect to appropriate supports, provide short term intervention, help with NDIS access and work with you to develop an NDIS plan.
Integrated Family Support (IFSS) is a voluntary service focused on building the safety and wellbeing and safety of children, young people and families by providing support and resources to build family strengths, resilience and capacity.
You can come along and meet new friends, chat to and get hints and tips from other mothers who've 'been there' and talk to a trained, volunteer breastfeeding counsellor if needed.
