Kinship care places children with family or community members when they can't stay with parents. The Community Kinship program supports informal caregivers of young people aged 0-17. Hospice Care recruits, trains and supports Volunteers to assist people living with a life limiting illness, in the progression of their illness, enabling them to maintain a dignified lifestyle in the environment of their choice. We do this by Volunteers visiting people at home or providing transport to appointments.
