Hobart City Mission currently operates four shared Support Independent Living homes and supports two participants in their own home. We provide 24 hour on-site, supported accommodation for residents with physical or intellectual disabilities. These homes are located around the greater Hobart area, and provide a support based on a person’s individual needs.
