Rural Primary Health Services – Care Coordination Program

Rural Health Tasmania's Care Coordination Program work with people of all ages who are living with chronic conditions to improve and maintain their health and wellbeing. This includes mental health support.

HIPPY

The Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY) is a fun, free home-based early learning and parenting program.

HIPPY works with pre-school children and parents to support early childhood learning in the home.

Short Term Trauma Counselling Service

The Short Term Trauma Counselling Service provides support for people that have or are experiencing a trauma or have been diagnosed with a trauma related condition.

The program provides mental health clinicians and counsellors that are experienced in working with trauma to reduce distress.

This program is available to all ages and does not require a referral

Mental Health Nurse Access Program (MHNAP)

Our Mental Health Nurse Access Program (MHNAP) is here to support adults dealing with serious mental health conditions by providing free assistance and coordination of care.
