The Early Recovery Skills Program
The program consists of 10 self-paced modules, teaching essential skills for establishing a reduction in, or abstinence from, substance use.
Using an evidence-based approach, the program covers topics such as, breaking the cycle of addiction, managing triggers and cravings, regulating emotions, and tackling common challenges during early recovery. These packages build on existing services and provide greater choice and flexibility in when and how people can access support.
In addition to the online modules, participants will have access to forums and discussion boards, allowing clients and staff to engage and provide further information and peer support. An opportunity to engage with the program’s clinical psychologist will be provided through an interactive weekly live broadcast.
