The Targeted Unit Support Service supports children and young people aged 10-18 in Hobart who are facing multiple challenges and are at risk of entering or re-entering statutory services such as youth justice or child safety, or homelessness.

The service provides holistic intensive case management support to stabilise the young person’s situation and avoid further escalation of their circumstances.

Who this service is for

Young people aged between 10-18 who are experiencing multiple risk factors and are at risk of entering or escalation into statutory services such as youth justice system /child safety services, and or homelessness.

These young people must be referred to the service through the Strong Families, Safe Kids Advice and Referral Line. To refer, call 1800 000 123.

There is no cost to participate in this service.
