SevenUp Youth Centres

A safe, hang out space for youth in grades 7-12 in Wynyard and Smithton

Open Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday after school, 3pm -5pm

Both centers are ‘Drop- in’ spaces

School Holiday hours subject to availability

Both centers have access to fun activities for youth

SevenUp Smithton is provided through a collaboration of Rural Health Tasmania, Circular Head Council, Circular Head Aboriginal Corporation, Treasure Chest and Smithton Christian Fellowship

SevenUp Wynyard is provided through a partnership between Rural Health Tasmania and Waratah-Wynyard Council

Short Term Trauma Counselling Service

The Short Term Trauma Counselling Service provides support for people that have or are experiencing a trauma or have been diagnosed with a trauma related condition.

The program provides mental health clinicians and counsellors that are experienced in working with trauma to reduce distress.

This program is available to all ages and does not require a referral
