The Rural Outreach worker program provides case-managed support to families across the Central and Southern Midlands, with a strong focus on creating referral pathways and linkages to local resources and services in isolated areas.

We can provide support in your own home or community, rather than having you travel to us.

Pregnant and Young Parent Integrated Family Support Service (PYPS IFSS)

We offer an Integrated Family Support Service to pregnant women and parents under 25 to help them build the skills and knowledge to be the best parents they can be via referral through the Strong Families, Safe Kids Advice and Referral Line.
