Playgroup Tasmania has provided support and resources to assist with the establishment, co-ordination, administration and promotion of playgroups across Tasmania for more than 40 years. We work collaboratively with organisations, volunteers and families to build resilient, inclusive and supportive playgroup communities that connect families and young children.

We provide additional training to leaders, volunteers and staff to support the empowering of abilities, foster acceptance and raise awareness in ways that promote inclusivity and connection.

There are many different types of playgroups and programs available in Tasmanian communities. These include:

• PlayConnect+
• Baby Village
• Play and Learn Supported (PALS) playgroups
