Personal and Family Counselling East Coast

Personal and Family Counselling East Coast provides support and counselling for people in crisis.

These may be children, adults, families or groups, people with a disability, people with drug or alcohol issues, or people experiencing family violence or other family tensions affecting wellbeing.

If you’re in immediate financial crisis and have no other means of assistance, you can also access the Emergency Relief Program.

What is IAR?

  1. Level 2 - Low Intensity

    Low Intensity

    Although brief, level 2 services include some direct contact with a mental health professional. You may also see therapists, coaches or social workers. There will be options to access these services via telehealth, face to face or over the phone. At this level, you should only need a few sessions or engagements before you start to feel more empowered to manage your mental health.
