Parent Pathways delivered by WorkSkills Tasmania

The Parent Pathways Program is a voluntary pre-employment service supporting parents who are the primary carers of children under six. The program empowers participants to develop employability skills, build confidence, and achieve their educational and career goals. It focuses on a strengths-based, participant-centred approach, helping parents balance caregiving with employment or education pathways.
