Online and Face-to-Face “Safe Space” Peer Support sessions

Regardless of where you are in your journey, supporting someone with mental ill health can feel like you’re experiencing an emotional rollercoaster – full of tears and triumphs. You are not alone. This is for you!

Safe Spaces Peer Support groups provide the opportunity to share with and listen to others just like you.

Connecting is important for self-care and your continued wellbeing. We invite you to come along, share your story and make friendships that will help you maintain resilience, cope with challenges, and strengthen your support role.

This is a safe space and time just for you, so you’re welcome to come along for a whole session or just a little while.

So that our sessions remain true to the experience of family members and friends, these sessions are not open to service providers or consumers.
