NDIS Early Childhood Early Partners
Early Childhood Early Partners work with children aged 0 – 6 and their families. Early Childhood Partners are the first point of contact if you have concerns about your child’s development. We can connect you to appropriate supports in your community such as play groups, peer support, and community health centres. We can provide short term intervention using a transdisciplinary approach with a range of therapists, providing strategies and support the family to implement these in their own home.
We can also provide advise and assistance to apply for access to the NDIS and support participants of the scheme to develop an NDIS Plan.
