My Psychology Tasmania

My Psychology Tasmania is a comprehensive psychological service providing funded and private services for Cognative behaviour Therapy, EMDR Therapy, Cognative and Learning Assessments, Autism Assessments and my other Psychological Services including supervision of provisional psychologists.   My Psychology Tasmania has services and practitioners available statewide.

Due to our range of services available, My Psychology fees can vary depending on your referral pathway e.g. Medicare Mental Health Plan, NDIS, Workers Compensation & Other Insurance, DVA, Private Health or Self-referral.

Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

What is IAR?

  1. Level 3 - Moderate Intensity

    Moderate Intensity

    This level involves more frequent contact with a professional to help with your mental distress. Access to these services will generally require a referral from your GP or other mental health professional. Your referral will include a mental health treatment plan that assists the mental health professional (psychologists, mental health social worker, etc.) to provide personalised support to you over a period of time that works best for you.
