Mindset – Horizons
Horizons is a Tasmanian statewide short-term, intensive outreach program that equips people experiencing episodic, severe mental health conditions with the tools needed to take charge of their mental wellbeing.
Everyone’s mental health journey is different, and Horizons Rural works with you based on your individual needs and strengths. We support you to find out what works for you to manage your mental wellbeing and other areas of your life.

Location: State-wide
Does this program need a referral?
Yes. In most areas, Horizons is by referral only. GPs, community service organisations, clinical services, allied health professionals, psychiatrists or psychologists can refer people.
Self-referrals can be accepted for certain rural areas which includes, King Island, Flinders Island, Break O’Day, Dorset, Glamorgan-Spring Bay, West Coast, and Circular Head.
