Free, short- to medium-term mental health support for individuals over 18 and their families. Walk-in service, no appointment or referral is needed. Trained professionals provide mental health assistance and help access appropriate services.

Voice Circle

Hearing voices is more common than many people realise – and it can mean different things for different people.

Our weekly Voice Circle group is a relaxed, supportive space for people who hear voices, as well as for family members or loved ones who want to better understand and support someone who does.

The group focuses on gentle psychoeducation, shared experiences, and open conversation, with a strong emphasis on reducing stigma and helping people feel less alone. There’s no pressure to speak – you’re welcome to listen, share, or simply be present.

Everyone’s experience is valid, and support starts with being heard.
