MATES Program
The MATES program enhances lives through meaningful connections by pairing volunteers with individuals experiencing social isolation and diagnosed mental illness.
Volunteers meet with their “MATE” weekly or fortnightly for supportive activities like coffee chats, walks, or new hobbies.
We also offer monthly group outings, including lunches and visits to local attractions.
Our dedicated volunteers meet with their “MATE” weekly or fortnightly to engage in activities that foster friendship and break down the barriers of loneliness. Whether it’s a chat over coffee, a walk in the park, or exploring new hobbies together, MATES brings joy and support to those who need it most.
