Individual, Couples, and Family Counselling

Counselling sessions provide a safe and confidential space where you can work through the issues that are impacting on your life with someone who is experienced, professional, and objective. When you feel stuck or overwhelmed it can be difficult to work out what to do.

Having someone who is passionately invested in helping you work through the issues, but not connected to any agenda or outcome (as friends and family often are) can help you find clarity. Our goal is to help you find a way forward by drawing on a range of evidence-based therapeutic frameworks and tools.

Counselling can help with a variety of issues including:

  • relationship issues
  • anxiety and depression
  • trauma
  • self-esteem and confidence
  • LGBTQIA+ identity
  • bullying and harassment, or abuse
  • family violence
  • mental health
  • grief and loss, bereavement
  • substance abuse or addictive behavior
  • parenting and step-parenting
  • children and issues they may be experiencing
  • work/life balance
  • work performance and career counselling
  • anger management
  • coping with change
  • stress management
  • therapeutic services and support for people with a disability
