Wellways is an approved iCare service provider to people severely injured in motor vehicle accidents and those who have suffered a workplace injury or disease.

The team at Wellways supports participants in their health and service objectives by providing support workers who are competent, reliable, and respectful.

At Wellways, we work closely with you and your treating teams in order to provide the best possible care for your individual requirements. We coordinate your team of support workers who are trained to meet your specific needs, up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

We encourage you and your family to be involved with the selection of staff who will be providing your care to ensure that they are a good fit for you and your environment. Our support workers know it is a privilege to be able to work in a participant’s home and are mindful of individual choices, cultural customs and ongoing needs.
