Our Child Inclusive Practice services are a part of our family dispute resolution services, where children can be engaged with the process to ensure that their voice is heard.

Family Dispute Resolution is compulsory under the Family Law Act where children are involved. Our practitioners are also able to provide the appropriate documentation and exemptions required for the Family Law Court if required.
