Will and Estate Planning for Tasmanians

Tasmanians can prepare a Will and Enduring Power of Attorney documents, from $140 for a single person to $210 for a couple. You have the option to appoint a family member, friend, or the Public Trustee as your executor or attorney. We can also prepare Enduring Guardianship documents.

Free Will Preparation for Eligible Individuals

If the Public Trustee is appointed as executor and attorney, seniors and Australian Government Concession card holders are eligible for this complimentary service. Cost

Our experienced solicitors can prepare both your Will and Enduring Power of Attorney for a one-off fee of $140 for singles and $210 for couples*.  We can also prepare Enduring Gardianship documents.

A standard Will and enduring power of attorney are prepared free for Seniors and Australian Government Pensioner concession card holders when the Public Trustee is appointed as executor/attorney (card must be presented and only applies to one appointment per 12 month*.

*Additional fees may apply if more than the standard time is required. We will discuss your options with you before additional time is charged. Fees are subject to change.
