For more than 25 years Possability has assisted people to develop their independence and confidence, live the life they choose and achieve their goals. We offer a full range of services across Tasmania designed to enable people to realise their potential.

Our Vision is that all people we support will have the maximum potential to lead a good life. Our Mission is to empower people with additional needs to achieve their vision of a good life by delivering excellence in support. We deliver services to close to 1000 clients in Tasmania, Victoria, and Queensland.

Our services include, Respite, Community Connections, Supported Employment, Training, Accommodation, Leisure and Recreation, Specialist Support Services and Out of Home Care.
