We advocate for positive change and support vital research. We are here to support people impacted by dementia, and to enable them to live as well as possible. What is IAR?

  1. Level 1 - Self Management

    Self Management

    This level of care is designed to help you take charge of your mental health before it worsens. You may be having difficulty with sleeping, managing stress, maintaining healthy behaviours or parenting. Resources at this level promote positive mental health through easily accessible digital therapies or self-guided mental health programs in your community. Services are user-friendly and are based on reliable scientific evidence.
