Community Access | Langford Support Services
Through Community Access, we support you to build confidence and independence while developing everyday skills like:
- Learning how to catch the bus or plan a trip
- Building confidence speaking to new people
- Practising cooking meals or looking after your place
- Going to the gym, swimming or for a walk
- Attending events, classes or hobbies you enjoy
- Going shopping or running errands
- Attending appointments or community events
- Volunteering or trying work experience
Our focus is on supporting so that you feel more confident, connected and capable and ready to take part in the activities that matter to you… Because that’s what living life your way is all about.

Who this service is for
This service is for you if you’re living with a disability and want support to build your independence, develop life skills and connect with your local community.
Cost
Your supports are funded through your NDIS plan. We’ll provide you with a clear Service Agreement before supports begin, so you know exactly what to expect.
Opening Hours
Our office is open Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Our Community Access supports are delivered outside of these hours, based on your needs, goals and preferences.
