Children’s Counselling

Our Children’s counselling supports and encourages children to communicate thoughts, feelings and experiences.
We offer:
• Age-appropriate therapies
• Programs that best support the needs of each individual child
• Bright, cheerful counselling rooms
• Play therapy tools including paint, crayons, modelling clay and sand to encourage communication.
Children can benefit from specialised children’s counselling if they have experienced:
• bullying
• grief and loss
• fear, anxiety or trauma
• family separation or step-families
• family violence
• behavioural issues

Who this service is for

Any child can access individual counselling or a group. Parent or carer involvement is an integral part of the counselling process and is supported by the children’s counselling team.

Cost

Free or income based. Inability to pay will not affect provision of services.

Opening Hours

Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. Call to find out our group programs.
